I'm sorry for the grief that you must be feeling, your family has had too much loss recently. I'm sure the covid restrictions have only made it more difficult, not being able to spend those final days, weeks and months with Patti. Heartbreaking! I remember as a teen when Debbie and a few of us skipped school and spent the day at Patti's. I thought she was so pretty and so cool for letting us hang out at her place without telling on us. Very fond memory indeed

We are so sorry for your loss, we lost our mother when we were in our 20's. So watching you girls go through this, our hearts were hurting for you as we knew what you were going through. Losing your mom is one of the hardest things you will ever go through, we have lost brothers and a sister and each one is different. People say this is the new normal, words we are sure you are going to start to hate like we do. We wish there was something we could say or do for all of you, but unfortunately there isn't. I look at this photo and I see a beautiful young girl and a mom who was so so proud. We all were. My memories are most of Patti's younger years and there were many. This day though in particular I remember how beautiful she was even with the back ground of my old house. She was a strong little girl and an even stronger woman. The strength, beauty, and pride that she had has been passed on to her amazing family. Please let it help you through this time. RIP Patti ❤

I am heartbroken to hear that Patti is gone. We raised a lot of hell in Grade 12 and lived together after graduation in an apartment in St. Stephen. We lost touch as our kids got older and life got busier, but I have so many fond memories of the times we had! One funny memory that I share with my own kids: Patti and I went camping and after we cooked and were packing up to go home, I asked her if we were going to wash the dishes. She looked at me and walked the whole pile into the bushes and left them there, pots and pans and all! She said "we'll get new ones!" SO funny! She overcame so many obstacles in her life. She was a fierce and amazing woman who gave the world some beautiful children and grandchildren. I'm so sad we never reconnected. I still have many pics of our younger shenanigans! I will cherish those and those memories. Rest in peace dearest Patti. xo

My condolences. I had the pleasure of being Patti's friend and neighbor. We had a lot of good times together! She had my children over and always treated them as if they were her own. I have so many memories to share of Patti. The most memorable one was a day trip we took to St. John many years ago. We broke down on our way home and Patti knew exactly what to do. She couldn't fix my truck but she knew how to get it done. She got out in the pouring rain with a skirt on and stood there for about 10 seconds before there were cars pulling over every where stopping to help. She jumped back in the truck while they all stood in the pouring rain fixing it. Lol She said "And that's how it's done Sista". I loved her. She was a real fighter. A warrior of the truest form. Her laugh was contagious. Her smile was beautiful. Her will to live was immeasurable. Her family was her greatest love. Her life was full. A one of a kind friend that had strength no person I know could measure up to. Rest easy my beautiful friend. <3 My sincere condolences to Patti's family. I am so sorry for this great loss.

I didn't know Patti, but from the wonderful sentiments and stories it sounds like she was a wonderful, cheerful friend who probably lit up a room when she walked in.
