Sending our condolences to the family, Brenda was one of a kind, she treated us like family when we visited Grand Manan for the first time 15 years ago, it was such a coincidence that I have the same first and last name, and I married a Brian McLaughlin, and showed up at the inn looking for a room, she was booked up, she thought it was so funny that we had the same name, she graciously brought us to her home and let us stay there for 3 nights! Now jump to 2024 and we now own a piece of Grand Manan and the McLaughlin sheds and love it, we also adopted two of her cats which we called smudge and Buddy of course! We will miss seeing her, rip Brenda
