It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Marjorie Caldwell, on Sunday Oct. 23, 2022. Who passed at her residence, peacefully in her sleep with family by her side.
Born at the Cook’s family homestead on March 28, 1919 in Dewolfe Corner, N.B., Marjorie and Phil began their family on the “Corner” in Moore’s Mills in 1946. Moore’s Mills was her home for the remainder of her inspiring life.
Predeceased by her parents; Albion & Isabel (Belle) Cook, husband Philip Caldwell, eldest son Ronald Caldwell, brother Irvine Cook (Jeanne). As well as Brother in Laws, Sister in Laws, nieces, and nephews.
She is survived by daughter- in- law Valerie, by sons: Kent (Diane), Dale (Carol Ann), Alan (Dianne Leslie), Roy and daughter Melanie (Langdon Post)
Grandchildren Adam (Jena), Jeremy (Lyndsay), Matt, Jillian (Aaron), Lauren (Brian), Sarah (Kris) Emma and Megan.
Great Grandchildren; Lucy, Cody, Jones, Poppy, David, Maggie and Maddie. Whom she adored.
As well as several nieces and nephews who meant the world to her!
Her teaching career began at the age of 17 and continued until age 65. Spanning 48 years! She often joked that she was paid more during her 38 years of retirement.
Marjorie touched thousands, whether in schools, church community, or as a neighbor she lived by showing kindness care and compassion to one and all! Never to judge anyone!
She will be so missed by so many.
