Obituary of Clinton Calder
The death of Clinton Calder occurred at the Down East Community Hospital Machias Maine, on October 15th 2002. Born in Campobello, he was the son of the late W. Colwell and Kathleen (Thurber) Calder. Predeceased by brother Clifford Calder and sister Velma Calder. Survived by wife, Vera (Calder) Calder of Welshpool; four daughters, Valerie (Peter) Mabey of Wilson's Beach NB; Linda (James) Brand of Bradenton FL; Marlene of Welshpool NB; Becky (Rick) Snell of Bangor ME; sister, Marjorie Lank of Welshpool NB; two brothers, Rev. Austin (Wilma) Calder of Welshpool NB; Rev. Wendell (Joan) Calder of New Port ME; six grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Resting at North Road Baptist Church Welshpool, with visiting on Friday 7 to 9pm. The funeral will be held 2pm on Saturday from North Road Baptist Church with Rev. Rick Snell, Rev. Austin Calder, Rev. Wendell Calder and Rev. Eldon Caldwell officiating. Interment will take place in North Road Cemetery. For those who wish, donations to the North Road Baptist Church Memorial Fund or NB Heart & Stroke Foundation or to a charity of the donors choice would be appreciated.
