Obituary of Calvin John Brown

The death of Calvin Brown, occurred at the Campobello lodge nursing Home, Campobello Island New Brunswick on May 6, 2004. Born in Campobello, New Brunswick, August 18, 1912, he was the son of the late Herman and Olivia (Phinney) Brown. Predeceased by his wife Kathleen (Wenthworth) Brown; five brothers. Survived by daughter, Shirley (Robert) Mitchell of Wilson's Beach New Brunswick; son, Ronald (Barbara) Brown of Wilson's Beach New Brunswick; eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, twelve great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Saturday May 8, 2004 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at the Wilson's Beach Baptist Church, Wilson's Beach New Brunswick. The funeral will be held 2:30pm on Sunday from the church, with Rev. Jerry VanderVeen officiating. Interment will take place at Head Harbour Cemetery. For those who wish, donations to the Wilson's Beach Baptist Church, or to a charity of the donors choice would be appreciated.
