Obituary of John Hamilton Shaw

SHAW, John Hamilton at Charlotte County Hospital, St Stephen, NB on October 8th, 2010. Survived by his loving wife Patricia Monhollon, son Jason(Jennifer), grandchildren Emily and Matthew of St.John’s NF, 2 brothers Donald(Sharon)of BC, William(Barbara) and sister Arlene Evans, all of Ontario. John’s life and career reflected his affinity with both the built and natural environment. His talents ranged from Master Potter to consummate craftsman, designer and builder. He loved bringing things back to life by restoring houses, antique furniture and automobiles. His final project with Pat was their home at Clibrig which is a testament to and the culmination of his incredible visionary gifts. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held on Wednesday, October 20th, 2010 at 4:00 pm at All Saints Anglican Church, King Street, St. Andrews, NB.
