Obituary of Reta Vivian MacFarlane

MacFarlane, Reta V. At the Charlotte County Hospital, on Monday, December, 22nd, 2008; Reta Vivan (Estey) MacFarlane, of St. Stephen, NB, wife of the late Robert Jerome MacFarlane. Born in St. Stephen, she is the daughter of the late Eldon & Ida Estey. For many years Reta was self employed as a hairstylist in the St. Andrews area. She was a member of the St. Stephen Presbyterian Church. Reta is survived by her two sons Ronald of St. Stephen, Richard and his wife Louise of St. Andrews, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one brother Ron Estey. By Retas’ request there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. A service of remembrance to celebrate reta's life will be held on Monday, April 13th, 2009 at 11:00 am at St. Stephen Presbyterian Church with a reception to follow in the church hall. The interment will take place at a later date in St. Andrews Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Passamaquoddy Lodge would be appreciated by the family.
