Obituary of David Hazen Short

The death of David Hazen Short of 20 Edward Street, St. Andrews, New Brunswick, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Monday September 15, 2003 He was the son of the late Hazen and Mary Katherine (Peters) Short. Survived by his wife, Marilyn (McKenzie) Short; daughters, Margot Petrie (Richard) of Fredericton, Karen and Kristina Short both of St. Andrews; son, Tom Short (Krista) of Moncton; sister, Margaret Banks of Rothesay; grandchildren, Christopher, Amy and Meghan Short and Andrew Petrie; also survived by Janet (Newell) Kinsella of Rothesay, mother to Tom and Margot; several cousins, nieces and nephews. Resting at All Saints Anglican Church, St. Andrews, with visiting on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The funeral will be held 2 pm on Wednesday, with Canon John Matheson officiating. Interment will take place at St. Andrews Rural Cemetery. For those who wish, donations to the Building Fund of the Charlotte County SPCA, or to a charity of the donors choice would be appreciated.
