Obituary of Helena R. Richardson

Richardson, Helena R. - Helena R (Lord) Richardson of Lord’s Cove, Deer Island passed away in Riverview, NB on May 4, 2012. Born at Lord’s Cove November 23, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Claude and Beryl (Lambert) Lord. She is survived by her daughter, Joanne of Riverview, several nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her sisters, Arla Tucker and Marion Storr; brothers, Colby and Murray Lord. She worked for many years at D F Lambert Estate Store in Lord’s Cove. She was a past member of Granite Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, St. George, NB and West Isles Chapter, Deer Island. She attended the Lord’s Cove Church of Christ. There will be no visitation by request. The service will be held from the Lord’s Cove Church of Christ, Deer island on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 1:30 pm with Rev. Murray Spencer officiating, followed by interment at Fairhaven Community Cemetery. Donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
