CORMIER, SHANNON M.
Surrounded by his wife Karishma Chand of Andersonville NB, and family at the Charlotte County Hospital, Shannon transitioned into the spiritual realm, on Monday, July 8th, 2024. Born In Stephenville, Nfld,he is the son of the late Robert Whalen & Mary Marie (Barry) Cormier.
Shannon & Karishma moved to New Brunswick in search of a better life. They found a place they could call and build a home in Andersonville. Shannon loved everything about the outdoors and nature. He loved working on his property building a home for his new life with Karishma.
Surviving in addition to his wife Karishma and their two loving dogs, Ashi and Tyson, his siblings, Roxanne Cormier (Andrew Harrison), Melissa Pittman (Quentin) all of Brampton, ON,Ernie Cormier of Toronto, ON, Trevor & Paul Cormier, both of Nfld, Nicole Lewis (John) of Chicago, IL, U.S.A., Debbie Whalen Sharpe (Chris) of Prescott, ON, Neil Whalen (Una) of Stephenville Nfld and Blaze Dove (Lisa) of Stephenville, Nfld, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Shannon was predeceased by his beautiful baby boy, Jacob Michael Cormier and his sister Mary Whalen.
By Shannon’s request there will be no visitation. Cremation will take place. A celebration of Life for Shannon will be held in Ontario at a later date.
