Obituary of Manley R. Brown
In Loving Memory of Manley Richard Brown
Manley Richard Brown, a devoted husband, loving father, and lifelong fisherman, peacefully passed away at his home on Campobello Island, New Brunswick, surrounded by his beloved wife and cherished family. He was born on Campobello Island, the son of the late Guy and Melva (Searles) Brown.
Manley's heart belonged to his family first, and then the sea. He spent his entire life as a fisherman. His connection with the water was profound, and he found solace and joy in its embrace.
In addition to his wife Brenda, with whom he shared 62 beautiful years of marriage, Manley is survived by his daughters Kathy (John) Brown, Darlene (late Joe) and son Richard (Lori). He leaves behind a legacy of love that extends to his 6 grandchildren: Christopher (Simone), Chase (Tabatha), Chad (Mallory), Tyler (Tina), Treigh, and Jarvis, as well as 10 great-grandchildren: Haylee, Rylan, Avery, Mason, Liam, Tyler, Carter, Aidan, Joseph, and Brooks. Manley also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Manley was the last surviving member of his immediate family and was predeceased by his brothers, Billy and Junior, and sisters, Sissy, Lillian, and Judy.
