Sending our sincere condolences to Bill and Family. Sorry we just heard today of Joan’s passing. What an amazing lady, beautiful and generous. I remember back when Roger worked on the pipe line in the area and we couldn’t find a place anywhere to rent. Somehow I found out that Bill Carmont might be able to help. I called him and he told me if I have a trailer he would find room for us to park. (Roger was already there in the town and staying with a buddy he worked with). Well I went looking and found one. I called Bill all excited and he gave me the address. But when we got there it was beyond our expectation….Bill and Joan let us rent their own private lot overlooking the river. It was amazing. They were so kind to us. Joan and I spent many days together walking and talking. And the job lasted 2 years and to me it was the best summer vacation I ever had. Our family visited often and got to know them too. So today on Joan’s Birthday it is with a heavy heart to learn of her passing. Bill you sure were blessed to have such a lovely lady by your side for so many years.
Thinking of you all today and May God Bless Each and Everyone of You.

To Sherry, Nicole, Angela, Bill and all the family;
Sincere sympathy on the loss of your dear mother and wife. It is rare, but I am at a loss for words. I remember all the fun we had with piano lessons so many years ago, when you lived on the Pettinghill Road in Quispamsis.
Joan will be sadly missed by many, but most of all, by you her loved and loving family.

I have a Memory I would like to share. For years the ladies who were members of the Bayside women's institute would have a Christmas Party with invited guests. This little party was something we looked forward to all year as it was time got our Secret Pals to be revealed. We dressed in our finest..Hall well decorated including a lovely Christmas tree and also an abundance of food. After the meal we all gathered around the tree and waited for Santa to appear. He comes through the door and proceeds to deliver the gifts.Each 1 opened her gift with great anticipation. Then there was this most beautiful decorated gift and my name was called. Opening it carefully and with great excitement out came a beautiful Christmas decoration in a lovely basket with lots of greenery...red bow and candles. I knew exactly where that would be displayed....on my buffet with a nice Christmas runner. After all this time it still has its place on my buffet .That has been many many years ago. I apologize for the length of this memory but hope you all enjoy. God Bless Joan and her family. She was a lovely lady who always had a smile and time for a chat.
