My wife Joyce and I met Mabel many years ago when we visited my parents Bob and Dot Richardson at the seniors complex by the hospital. Many evenings were spent in the "Big Room" with my Dad and I playing the two organs with Mabel leading us on the piano. Such wonderful memories. Later on after our parents passed we would visit Mabel over in Lincourt. Such a wonderful person she was, we always enjoyed listening to her stories Our condolences to the whole family from us up here in Ottawa. Heaven will be so enriched with Mabels presence. Cherish all the wonderful memories you have shared with her over the years...Lorne and Joyce Richardson

Sorry for your loss, Mable was one of a kind and always made us smile even when we didn’t want to be at work. She put up with my many phone calls to mother over the years and never once hung up on me. She will be missed and remembered fondly.

So sorry to hear that Mabel has passed. Sincere condolences from the our family - children of Bob and Dot Richardson. She was a true friend to them at Chipman Apartments. Mabel would play the piano and sing accompanied by Dad on the organ. She was always laughing and exchanging jokes in the “Big Room”. And all of us siblings would just “happen” to show up for a good performance. She’ll not be forgotten easily. God’s blessings to you all.
