Obituary of Evelyn Gertrude Bebeau
It is with great sadness that the family of Evelyn Bebeau announce her sudden passing, on May 20th. Evelyn was born in Edmonton, Alberta on April 29th, 1916. She was the daughter of Gertrude Ripley and James Wheeler. In 1935, she married her husband, Raymond Bebeau and together they had two children, Ronald (Anita) Bebeau of Winnipeg, and Carol (Walter) Jones of St. Andrews. Evelyn loved gardening, listening to music, dancing, and reading. She loved to go for drives and walks along the beach. She enjoyed being part of the St Andrews Senior Citizens Club. She was grateful for having good health throughout her 99 years. Evelyn is survived by her two children, daughter in law, 9 grandchildren, great grandchildren and great grandchild. Evelyn was predeceased by her husband (Raymond Bebeau), son in law (Walter Jones), grandson (Blair Bebeau), and great grandson (Brendan Bebeau). Her family and friends loved her very much, and we will miss her dearly. There will be no visitation, however friends are welcomed to attend a memorial mass of christian burial at St. Andrews Catholic Church on Monday, May 25th, 2015 at 11:00 am. Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Fr. Paul Doucet. The interment will take place in St. Patrick's Cemetery. A reception will be held in the church hall. For those who wish a donation to the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
