After retirement, their busy extracurricular life for 30 years between their cottage at Chamcook Lake and their home on Montague Street provided us with many fond memories. She loved to cheer Bill on in his curling exploits as well as entertain friends with games of Bridge and Horseshoes. Her five years at Passamaquoddy Lodge were made most comfortable by the staff there who enjoyed her sense of humour and style while they provided the care she needed. The staff truly made it her home treating her with dignity and respect. Mom is now relieved of all the confusion dementia creates and re-united with Dad. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday,June 8th,2013 at 2:00 pm at Wesley United Church, Williams Street, St. Andrews, NB followed by a reception at the All Saints Anglican Church Hall.
