Obituary of Earl Brown

BROWN EARL W. Unexpectedly at the DownEast Medical Centre in Machias Maine, USA,on Sunday February 3rd, 2013; Earl “Wint” Brown, husband of the late Shirley (Mathews) Brown of Campobello, NB. Born in Campobello on July 18, 1920, he is the son of the late Edgar & Amelia Brown. Wint was a local fisherman most of his life. He had great passions for the water, boat building and carpentry. He was a member of “The Liars Bench” Wint is survived by his sons Perry and Raye(Donna) and daughter Faye Brown,all of Campobello,step son Dale(Carol) Matthews, of Ohio, grandchildren Devin, Nicole,Wesley, Bradley, Renee,Nathan,Susan,Diane,Cheryl and Dawna Faye,nieces and nephews. Also known as Pa Wint to Josie & Logan. He was predeceased by 2 brothers and 3 sisters. By Wints’ request cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m.on Saturday April 27th, 2013 at Wilson's Beach Cemetery, Head Harbour Road, Campobello, NB. Rev. Dana Mersereau will officiate. In lieu of flowers donations to the Wilson's Beach Cemetery or the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated by the family.
