Obituary of Walter W. Malloch

MALLOCH WALTER W. - At his residence in Campobello, NB, on Wednesday, December 12th, 2012; Walter Weldon Malloch of Wilson’s Beach. Born on Campobello Island he is the son of the late William & Mildred (Brown) Malloch. Over the years Walter worked many different jobs in the fishing industry such as the former fish plants at Jackson’s, Kennebec and Herring Seiners. He also did a lot of lobster fishing over the years. Walter was well known for his love of pets and his special cat Peeka. Walter is survived by his sister Hazel Newman of Campobello, a special great nephew Tim, several nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and cousins. By Walter’s request there will be no visitation. Cremation will take place followed by an interment of ashes later in the spring in the Old Wilson’s Beach Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of the donors choice would be appreciated by the family.
