Obituary of Marion R. McCray
McCRAY MARION R. … passed away at her residence at the age of 95, August 4, 2019 in Upper Mills, NB, wife of the late Joseph Daniel McCray. Marion was the daughter of the late John & Edith Amon. She was born in Brighton, Digby, Nova Scotia. Marion is survived by son Daniel Joseph McCray (Jackie) of Milltown, NB, daughters Nancy Desjardins of Fredericton, NB and Joan Reynolds (David) of Upper Mills, NB, sister Dorothy Pierce of Metagen, NS, 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter Harper Rae and her canine companion Holly Anne. Marion was predeceased by her husband Joseph October 20, 1997, daughter Gloria Ann Waycott in January, 1, 2008 of Calais, ME and great grandson Khanrad Lusk May 17, 2019 of Tryon, 4 brothers, and 5 sisters. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 9th, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Upper Mills Cemetery. Rev. Bob Hinton officiating. A luncheon will immediately follow in the Upper Mills Church Hall, located downstairs. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations be made to the Upper Mills Cemetery Fund, Charlotte County SPCA or charity of one’s choice.
