Obituary of Ruth Helen Hartford

Ruth Helen Hartford, widow of Winfield Hartford Sr., passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She was born in St. Stephen, daughter of the late Charles and Muriel (Cottrell) Williams. Ruth is survived by three sons, Winfield Jr., Kenneth and Ralph, all of St. Stephen, four grandchildren, Tyler, Matthew, Ryan (Arial) and Nick (Nicole Morrow),great grandchildren, Raven Humphrey and Savannah Nicole Morrow, five sisters, Beryl Brillant, Jean Williams, Dorothy McCombie (Donald), Nancy Davenport, Joyce Williams, six brothers, Harold Williams (Lorraine), Philip Williams, Earl Williams, Roy Williams, Billy Williams, Richard (Williams) Acheson (Theresa), several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by two brothers, Donald Williams and Charles Williams Jr. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
