Beloved Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother and friend to many, Constance Winnifred Fleet born July 6th, 1928, Connie’s remarkable journey came to a peaceful close on May 6, 2025, surrounded by her loving daughter and caregivers at the Campobello Lodge.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, Tommy “Alfred”, Daughter Janice Lynne, parents Merton and Viola (Langmaid) Newman, brothers; Percy, Winslow, Neil, sisters; Katheryn, Eileen, Fern and Belmon.
She is survivived by her daughter, Brenda Blake, grandchildren, Thomas, Drew, Carly and 15 Great-Grandchildren.
She has many special friends from the years spent living in Ontario, before her family moved back home to Campobello. After moving home, Connie spent many years taking care of her parents and family. She worked many different jobs throughout the years, including for Harry Martin Insurance and Avon.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later.
